What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time at the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.

What capacity do the apartments have?

All apartments have a separate bedroom for two people and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate one more person or even two, only if they are under 12 years old.

How do you access the apartment?

The day before your arrival, we will send you the information with the access code to your apartment.

Is there a parking area?

There is free parking in the area 100 meters from the apartments.

Are there any discounts and benefits for booking on the website?

By booking through our website you will always find the best guaranteed price and additional benefits such as:

• 10% discount for stays of 4 or more nights (Except July and August)
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (7 days on other booking portals)

We advise to reserve in advance the source cable car on the official website, especially during the high season (summer, bridges and Holy Week), not to run out of place.

Where to shop near the apartments?

We are 15 minutes from Potes. Here you will find several supermarkets where you can buy. We recommend that you do your shopping before arriving at the apartment when you pass through Potes.

Where to eat in the area?

In the same town you have two restaurants at the Hotel Cosgaya and the Hotel del Oso. A short distance away, in the towns of Mogrovejo and Los Llanos, there are several bars that serve food.

In the town of Potes, we recommend the Llorente grill, to sample the local cuisine.

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
